LSAT Tutoring

LSAT tutoring from MyGuru is a customized experienced consisting of 15 hours of customized, 1-on-1 instruction from a recognized expert in the LSAT, and leverages The Official LSAT Super Prep as well as 10 actual practice tests from 10 Actual, Official LSAT PrepTests Volume VI: PrepTests 72 through 81 (LSAT Series).  The LSAT is one of the most important parts of your law school application, and getting one-on-one tutoring is the best way to maximize your score. Sessions are available in Chicago, Boston, Minneapolis, New York and several other cities – or online using a virtual whiteboard.

We use official practice tests to track progress and follow a LSAT tutoring process that is tailored to every student. Students are asked to complete a diagnostic test to identify key strengths and weaknesses prior to their first session, which involves a review of this diagnostic test, an overview of each section of the LSAT, and the development of a detailed study plan.  This is followed by a series of sessions focusing on specific strategies and question types.  A final practice test is designed to allow you to practice new strategies and allow you to simulate test day conditions.

We offer live in-person 1-on-1 LSAT tutoring from the most qualified tutors in the industry at either your home or local library.  We believe there is no one size fits all approach to LSAT tutoring.  Every lesson and every homework assignment is custom built just for you, tailor designed to increase your all important LSAT score as much as possible.

Your tutoring sessions can be customized to work on specific sections – arguments, games, or reading comprehension – giving you the confidence you need on test day.

Student Feedback

"I just wanted to send you an update that I received my LSAT score of 166 on Wednesday. I wanted to thank you for your help, and I am planning on applying this upcoming cycle to see where it goes.

As for the breakdown of my score:

1: Logical Reasoning (Experimental)
2: Reading Comprehension (-7)
3: Logical Reasoning (-5)
4: Logic Games (-1)
5: Logical Reasoning (-1)

It was an average test, but the curve was much tighter with -9 for a 170. I am very happy with where I ended up in Logical Reasoning, and as you can see, I got better as the test went on. Again, thank you for your time and I will let you know how the results of my application go!" - Mark N.
