How to structure your time

  • 1-3 minutes to read and understand the prompt 
  • 2-3 minutes outline 
  • Write 
    • You want to have four well-developed paragraphs
    • 1) intro paragraph (demonstrate that you understand the argument and acknowledge that it is fundamentally flawed
    • 2) lay out flaws and analyze them in paragraphs 2 & 3 
    • 3) conclusion (restate the thesis)
  • 2 minutes to proofread
