Kevin Serrano, Senior Biology Tutor 

Kevin is one of MyGuru's most experienced biology tutors. Although he's located in the Chicago area, he is also comfortable providing online biology tutoring.

He holds a B.S. in Molecular Biology, Stetson University and is currently pursuing a M.M.S. Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University. He had tutored classmates for free for most of his academic career when he was hired as a paid Student Peer Instructor as an undergraduate student. In this role, he held biweekly group review lectures and tutoring sessions for Biology 2. He has been provided private biology tutoring for MyGuru since 2017.

Kevin has loved both learning and helping others his entire life. Whether helping friends with homework, coaching quiz teams, delivering group review lectures, or delivering private tutoring, he loves helping others succeed academically.  He is comfortable tutoring most STEM courses, especially the Life Sciences (Biology) and Chemistry (including AP or college courses).
