MyGuru is excited to announce that during 2011, a year that saw us work with 4 to 5 times more students than we worked with in 2010, no customer complaints were filed with the Better Business Bureau.  Now, that’s not to say everyone student/tutor relationship worked perfectly; that’s not the case.  However, when there wasn’t a great fit, we fulfilled our promise to find a different tutor option, provide a refund, or refund unused tutoring hours.  Thanks to all of the excellent tutors and committed students that make MyGuru a successful boutique tutoring organization.
